Celebrate Global Cinema and Art at the Crossover International Festival of Film and Art (CIFFA)

October 10–12, 2025 | Tracy, California | Grand Theatre Center for the Arts

Tracy, CA — The City of Tracy and the non-profit One World Arts Foundation (OWAF) proudly present the Crossover International Festival of Film and Art (CIFFA), returning October 10–12, 2025, at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts.

CIFFA is more than a festival—it is a movement for bold storytelling, underdog filmmakers, and global voices. Created to break down traditional barriers such as costly entry fees and limited distribution access, CIFFA ensures that every accepted project is guaranteed theatrical and digital distribution opportunities. By prioritizing impact over budget, the festival provides a platform for stories that challenge, inspire, and unite.

About CIFFA

CIFFA highlights authentic, heartfelt stories across all formats—narrative features, shorts, documentaries, animation, web series, experimental films, and even AI-generated content. The festival is dedicated to inclusivity and accessibility, championing creators from every corner of the globe. With programming that extends beyond film into music, dance, art, food, and culture, CIFFA is a multicultural experience that celebrates creativity without borders.

Every filmmaker has a story that deserves to be seen. CIFFA was built to make that possible on a worldwide scale,” said festival organizers from OWAF.
