The Crossover International Festival of Film and Art (CIFFA) is returning to Tracy, California this fall, bringing a global showcase of films, art, and culture to the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts from October 10th to 12th, 2025. Co-presented by the City of Tracy and OWAF, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, CIFFA is a world-class festival designed to elevate independent filmmakers and artists, celebrate diverse voices, and connect creators with audiences worldwide.
