CIFFA 2025 Concluded with Global Voices, Red-Carpet Highlights & Awards at the Grand Theatre, Tracy

 The only international film festival guaranteeing distribution celebrated independent filmmakers and diverse storytelling



Tracy, CA , 2025 — The Crossover International Festival of Film and Art (CIFFA) successfully wrapped its 2025 edition with a dynamic celebration of global independent cinema at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts. Co-presented by the City of TracyGrand Theatre Center for the Arts, and One World Arts Foundation (OWAF), the festival highlighted filmmakers whose diverse perspectives are often overlooked by mainstream media.

This year, CIFFA continued its legacy as the only international film festival guaranteeing distribution opportunitiesfor all accepted content through partnerships with theatrical distributors and global streaming platforms, including Cpics.tv.

“We built CIFFA to champion underdog filmmakers—creators whose stories expand how the world sees itself,” said Kavi Raz, Artistic Director and Co-Founder. “This festival does more than celebrate art; it connects it to audiences through real distribution.”

Visual artist Anju Chanana presented works throughout the event, bridging cinema and fine art.
